Below is the recipe we used to make easy, homemade pickles with fresh cucumbers from our garden:

You’ll need:
Canning jars- you can buy some here
White Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Dill
1 clove Garlic, crushed
2-4 cucumbers, sliced
Instructions:
Slice the clean cucumbers into either spears or chips, depending on your preference.
Add the salt, turmeric, dill and minced garlic to the jar.
Next, add the cucumber in the jar.
Fill the jar about half way with vinegar.
With the lid tightly sealed, shake the jar to mix all the ingredients.
Last, put the jar of cucumbers in the fridge and let them sit for 12 hours.
